Facebook can be addicting, but paying people to stay off of it seems a little extreme. I use Facebook on a daily basis. It is normally just a quick check to see if anything interesting is going on. It’s a great way to keep up with old friends and family.
Facebook became popular for this purpose and there seems to be more positives than negatives from this popular site. I have had to deactivate my Facebook for a month for recruitment. It was easier than I thought it would be. I think its good for people to take breaks but no need to pay someone to stop using it.
That’s exactly what I use my Facebook for mostly. A few seconds a few times a day and I’m good. I am addicted, but I’m not so addicted that I would have to go to the extreme of someone paying me to deactivate it.
